Products & Pricing
- All products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
- Product colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings
Orders
Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it enters production within 24 hours. Cancellations are accepted only before the order enters production. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and branding on achkoo.com are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Achkoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
